課程概述

This course is designed to be an intensive study of the US Constitution. It will focus on key areas of government structure and individual rights and use extensive discussion of Supreme Court cases to help students understand relevant jurisprudence. 

課程目標
Three main goals:
1) Understand the US Constitution and key cases in US domestic context.
2) Think independently about the universality of constitutional issues.
3) Do both of the above at a high level of reading, writing, listening, and speaking English fluency.

Preferred but not required: Comparative law background
